We are looking for 10 donors to support geology students in the field!
For over 25 years, our GEOL 210 field course in the Owens Valley of California has been an essential part of our curriculum, offering students hands-on learning experiences that are truly transformative. This course is foundational for all of our majors, providing them with the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world geological phenomena.
In 2023, we established an endowed fund to help alleviate the financial burden on students who wish to participate in this critical course. Your contribution can make a significant difference in ensuring that every student has the opportunity to engage in this invaluable educational experience.
