ROTC: Leader Reaction Course
Support Realistic Training for ROTC Students - Empower Tomorrow's Leaders!

Both Army and Air Force ROTC students at Central Washington University benefit from realistic and challenging training experiences.

One key component of this training is the Leadership Reaction Course (LRC), where students engage in hands-on exercises to develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under stress.

Funds will be used to acquire new equipment, improve existing facilities, and develop more complex training scenarios.

Your gift today will support:

Enhanced Training: A more robust LRC allows ROTC students to engage in realistic and challenging scenarios, better preparing them for the rigors of military service.

Developing Leadership Skills: Through experiential learning in the LRC, students learn to lead effectively, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing situations.

Fostering Resilience: By facing obstacles and overcoming challenges in the LRC, students develop resilience and confidence in their abilities.

Give now to help us raise $5,000 to enhance the LRC and provide ROTC students with the best possible training experience.

Your support will directly impact the development of future leaders in the Army and Air Force. By investing in their training, you're investing in the strength and readiness of our nation's military.
